Complaints procedure

If, for whatever reason, you're not happy with the coorparation or the work that THE ORGANIZER. has done, I'll contact you to see if we can work out a solution for the problem. As a member of the NBPO (Professional Association for Professional Organizers) THE ORGANIZER. can also follow the complaint procedure by the NBPO. This way, an impartial third person can help us to find a solution for the problem. For more information about this complaint procedure, i refer to the document below.
